I was told to order the HOme and Business but it does not work for my situation. I have done my personal taxes and already gotten my refund. We, 4 of us, My husband and our friend with his wife, started a dog registry in Oct 2018 and I need help. I just need the business. Your personal advise me on the home and business but looking at it I know it is not the one I need

You must file a Partnership Tax return, Form 1065, which was due back on March 15.

Partners are not employees and should not be issued a Form W-2. The partnership must furnish copies of Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) to the partners, who then will have to amend their 2018 personal tax returns to include it.
