I cashed a savings bond last year and turbo tax is taxing me on it for both Federal and State. Should I only be paying federal taxes or both federal and state taxes?

When entering the 1099-INT in Federal > Wages and Income > Interest:

it is important to check the box next to "My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon)", and enter the amount of interest paid on U.S. savings bonds in Box 3 - Savings bonds and treasury int
