I am trying to efile, my husband worked in WY for a couple of months and we live in texas. Box 15 in one of his W-2 does not contain the employer's state I.D. number and it is not allowing me to file without it. Can you help?

Delete the state and all other data from Boxes 15 & 16. Wyoming, like Texas, has no state income tax.
