I am the primary taxpayer living in the state where there is no tax but my wife lived in the state where she needs to files taxes. She is student . How do I handle this?

While filing, turbotax also getting my info for State tax. Do I need to file her state Tax return if she isn't earning.

Which state? Is she in that state solely for the purpose of going to school? Did she have any oncome of any type there (such as a scholarship or grant)?

I am in Florida and she is in Mississippi. Yes she is there only for attending the school and for one semester she got the scholarship.
