I am eligible to claim a credit on my Colorado state return for contributions to an eligible child care provider, on CO form 104CR. How do I enter this?

Within the Colorado return, you will want to continue through screens until you come to one that is titled "Take a look at Colorado Credits and Taxes."  Once on this screen, scroll down under the Personal, Home and Family Credits and you will see the Child Care Contribution Credit option on the screen.  See the sample screenshot below.
