I am being double taxed by VA and CA. To get the credit for taxes paid in VA on my CA refund, I need to send CA my VA document. How do I do that?

It depends. If you are efiling both returns, TurboTax will send all of the necessary documentation electronically or advise you when it is necessary to send additional information.
