I am active duty military stationed outside of Ohio. I payed taxes to Ohio all of last year. My state return was declined with error code OH-IT 1040. Need guidance

Sign in to your TurboTax account. You will see a button that says "Fix my return".

Once you select that, the program will walk you through the steps or information needing to be corrected to fix your return.

IT 1040 is the main Ohio tax form (equivalent to federal 1040). It's not an error code.
