I am a resident of New Jersey and have to file in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Do any of the W-2 copies get mailed to Pennsylvania or do they all go to New Jersey?

NJ and PA have tax reciprocity for W2 wages.  If your income from PA consisted entirely of W2 wages, you do not have to file a PA tax return.  You need only to file in your home state of NJ.
