My employer is going to give me a new W2c for 2020. However, there will be no change for my state or county taxes. Can I file my state tax return now itself? Or should I wait for the new W2C?
If I file it now with the original W2, will I have to file an amendment when the new W2C comes?
Thanks.

No, you cannot e-file your state return before you e-file your federal return. A state return cannot be accepted until your federal return has been accepted.
If you file with the original W-2, you'll have to amend the federal return when you receive the corrected W-2.
If W-2C doesn't affect your state return, you only need to amend the federal return.
Thanks, @MayaD .So, if I file extension for federal return that will automatically allow me an extension for state and county too?
Yes. Here's what you need to know: If you have a federal extension of time to file, you automatically have an extension of time to file with Indiana. You must file your 2020 state tax return by Nov. 15, 2021, and pay any balance due with that filing.
The county is another matter, please check with their office to find their rule regarding a state and federal extension.
