How to Report Honoraria for State

In 2019 I received honorarium as an guest speaker for $250. As a one time event below the $600 threshold, I did not receive any 1099 form from the university that paid my honorarium. I have reported this income in my federal return (miscellaneous -> less common income -> reportable income).
Once I move on to the State return, are these $250 already included, or do I need to add them again within "miscellaneous compensation summary"?
If I do add $250 again, I'll be asked for federal amount ($250), but also for PA Amount and PA Withholding, which I don't know (Isn't TurboTax job to figure this numbers out!?)

I know that Pennsylvania does tax this type on income, so I do know that I need to report it.

Yes, the amounts you entered under Other reportable/miscellaneous income are included in your state return.  You do not need to enter anything extra or make any adjustments to your PA return.  The $250 will be included with your PA income as long as it was entered on your federal return.
