You add the amount of your Ohio 529 contributions in the State tax section of TurboTax when you are preparing your Ohio tax return. The 529 plan contributions are not deductible on your federal tax return.
How to enter Ohio 529 Plan contributions (click the screenshot below for a visual reference)
1. Log on to TurboTax and pick up where you left off
2. Click the State tab (on the left)
3. Click Edit next to Ohio
4. Click Edit next to Income
5. Click Start next to CollegeAdvantage fund section 529 Plan.

I use Turbotax Home & Business. The steps in this message are NOT the steps in my version of TurboTax. Can you tell me the pathway to add contributions to an Ohio 529 CollageAdvantage plan?
Follow these steps to enter your 529 contributions:
Open your Ohio state return:
I do not see any of this in my TurboTax 2021 for Ohio. If there was a link when I first confirmed my state, county, etc., I cannot see how to get back to see the link for how Ohio handles things differently. I do not see any section on education except for home schooling. I just had TurboTax look for updates today. This has worked easily for me every other year I've used it.
If you are seeing Home school expenses credit, you are on the screen that says Take a look at Ohio credits and taxes.
Click on Back button at the bottom of the screen several times, it should take you to the screen that says Here's the income that Ohio handles differently.
