How do I get classroom teachers credit in South Carolina?

I want to get the classroom teacher credit that south Carolina allows.  How do I go about doing this using premier turbo tax?

Go into the South Carolina state interview in TurboTax.

Proceed until you see a screen with the heading "Take a look at South Carolina taxes and credits". Scroll down to the subheading "Other Credits".

Click on Start for "South Carolina Other refundable Credits". You can enter the information for the classroom teachers credit (form I-360) on the next screen.

Last year I had to paper file the SC return because there was no Form I-360 in Turbo Tax.  It appears this if true for 2019 as well.  Has anyone tried electronic filing after taking the credit but not attaching Form I-360?
