How do I file my state taxes? I lived and worked in DE begining of 2016 then moved to PA in march 2016 but still worked in DE.

Unsure if I file part year resident for DE and for PA or nonresident for DE since it was only 3 months I lived there in 2016.

You will file a part year resident return for both states. You are required to file a tax return in your state of residence and report income from all sources. You are also required to file a return in Delaware, since you lived there for part of the year. Please view the Turbo Tax FAQ below for more information.
