How do I enter more than 2 states for my W-2?

There are only 2 rows for boxes 15 - 17 but I have to enter 4 states for my W-2 (single employer). Where do I enter the other 2 states?

When filing out your W-2 in the CD/Download software once you get down to Boxes 15-17 you only see two lines at first, but there is also a scroll bar to allow you to enter the 4 states (and more).  In the Online software once you get to Boxes 15-17 there is a blue link that says "+ Add another row," where you can add as many rows as needed.

Thank you!  I was able to see the scroll bar once I clicked on an entry in the table.  It would be helpful to have the scroll bar available all of the time with an easier (more visible) way to enter more states in that section.
