FL does not tax personal income. So if you actually paid for a FL state return, you paid for nothing. You'll need to call TurboTax on the telephone to get a refund. You flat out can not get refunded through this public user-to-user forum.

Meanwhile, since you're using the desktop version all you have to do in the program with your tax return open, is click FILE, then select "Remove State Return".
