How do I change the MO Income Tax percentage when my wife doesn't work in MO or pay taxes but it keeps allocating Income tax to her?

I can't find where to zero out her MO income tax since she paid zero

Missouri calculates the tax as if it is all Missouri income then applies the Missouri income percentage (your MO income) of the total to the tax.

I use to be able to manually zero it out though to make sure it is accurate.  I don't understand why I can't zero it out.  Even if MO calculates it as described below, it should be zero for her because it is all zeros, no income is allocated to her on any of the forms.

Thank you for the response, it is appreciated.  What's the point of the allocation if it doesn't do it accurately...

Does your wife live and work in a different state other than Missouri? Did she have any income at all?
