How do I adjust non-resident CA capital gains income? I'm a full year non resident of CA but CA is considering all of my capital gains as CA sourced income.

Capital gains for what ? residential real-estate ? If so there is no adjustments / allocation possible -- it is all CA.

If stocks/bonds etc. --- then it is resident state that taxes this
