How come my local tax deductions from my paycheck are not loading into my city tax form.

they are listed on my W2 and are entered into the fed W2 info form in Turbotax. But the taxes paid are not dropping down into the city tax form  (city 1040)

In my case the city code on my W2 had an extra - i.e. MI--GRR.  Editing this fixed the problem
