How can I enter the amount withheld for state taxes on my VA state tax return?

The online questionnaire seems no place to enter the amount withheld for state taxes on my 1099-R.

On your Form 1099-R any state income taxes withheld would have been entered in box 14.

Thank you so much. I didn't realize I'd have to return to my Federal return to enter withholds there.
