Your easiest solution is just to call the after-school program's office and get any relevant information that they might have.

If that's unsuccessful, try the IRS's page at Tax Exempt Organization Search to search for the organization there.

And if that, for some reason, should fail, you might check with your appropriate state office.  Please see this site for contacts in your state.
