How can I convince Indiana that I have a credit from payments during 2018 for 2017?

The only amount showing as the total of 2018 payments on the state return is the amount that was withheld on our Forms 1099-R.  I've put all the payments on the Federal return, but I suspect they're being used only to calculate the potential deduction.  (We took the standard deduction, so it's irrelevant.)

If you entered your state estimated tax payments in the federal section of TurboTax, they should be flowing to your Indiana return. 

Double check that your state payments were entered as state payments by taking the steps below:
