It depends.  If you lived in Pennsylvania all year, you want to file a nonresident reciprocal return for Maryland because PA and MD are reciprocal states, which means that your income is only taxed where you live, which is Pennsylvania.  If you had MD tax taken out of your pay and reported on your W-2 you will select this option in TurboTax instead of a nonresident return.  Here is an FAQ on this:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4776822 You will note that you may fill out a form so that MD tax is no longer taken out of your check

Having said this, if you did not have Maryland tax taken out, you won't need to file a Maryland return at all.  You can go back and say that you only lived and worked in PA, and delete the Maryland return.
