Hi! I am filing my CA tax return by mail, and it asks me to include all 1099s that have CA withholding. What does it mean?

I have 1099-G and 1099-INT. How do I know these have CA withholding?

The 1099 will have withholding $$ for Calif on it if it does:

Form 1099-G state withholding is in Boxes 10a, 10b & 11.

Form 1099-INT has it in Boxes 15-17.

If there is no CA $$ withholding then do not attach that 1099.
