TurboTax does not have a way to see what happens with your refund and if it is sent by mail, TurboTax has no record of transmission either.  

You can click here to check the status of your Oklahoma refund. 

Note, if you file by mail it can take longer to process your return.  In general they say 4-6 weeks by mail, but in some cases it can be longer.
