Hello, I lived in NJ and worked in PA for 2018 . I have filed the NJ state tax. Am I supposed to file for the local income tax for PA? (if yes, How). Thanks

Perhaps. If you provide the locality where you worked, we will provide filing instructions. 

You are not required to file a Pennsylvania state tax return because NJ and PA have tax reciprocity.
