Has anyone fixed the "need more information" loop for the California state return when one tries to file the returns? The questions loop over and over again.

Turbo Tax keeps saying that the information is not to be put directly into the California return, that it supposed to be retrieved from the federal portion, but it keeps telling me that there is missing information (taxpayer info, SSN, street address) and the returns cannot get e-filed because the questions get asked over and over again. I see that the problem has been happening since 2019. Anyone find a solution yet?
