Has anyone been able to file MA State taxes as non-res w/out getting stuck on Wage Apportionment?

I’m forced to apportion my wages yet unable to make them 100% earned in MA. Can anyone help?

In addition I am unable to simply delete the apportionment worksheet that is not needed because MA doesn’t even want us to use it when we know that 100% of wages are MA source!!!

I'm having the same issue. Frustrating. The wages in question are all earned within MA.

Out of frustration I called the Massachusetts Dept. of Revenue and spoke to a marvelously helpful woman who was spent time walking me through how to handle it in Turbo Tax. She acknowledged I was not the first to call and it is a known issue with Turbo Tax. I filed my taxes and all went through without a hitch. Maybe it was the luck of the draw, but the woman I spoke to at the Dept. of Revenue was very polite and professional. Good luck to everyone.

I know it's been several months since your post, but please, don't keep me in suspense.  Do you remember how you corrected for the glitch in Turbo Tax and managed to appropriate MA income when residing full-time in another state; or at the very least, remember the name of the helpful woman? I certainly haven't spoken to her. Thanks.

What was your resolution?  I tried calling DOR and they very impolitely told me that they can't help with TurboTax issues.  I also called the TurboTax help desk and they just told me to erroneously fill in the apportionment worksheet, which caused my refund to increase by over $800, which I'm sure I'll owe back when I get audited.  Very frustrating.  I'm going to have to file elsewhere, since this this bug clearly isn't going to be fixed anytime soon if it's already been a known issue for over 6 months.
