Getting stopped at form 3554, I did not enter an amount. And unable to delete and restart california because I've already paid for turbotax

It looks like the form can be deleted if using the desktop software program, but not Online. 

And if you delete the state return, you would be forced to pay again. The only other option is to print and mail the CA return.
