Getting into my state to complete my taxes

After I completed my Federal taxes, proceeded to do the state and I chose GA as the state to go with my Turbo Tax deluxe and it keeps sending me in circles but never lets me in to input my information. It says TT wants to save my file, completes that, then gives my a box about downloading the state, I hit 'OK', sends me to downloading state, then tells me it is complete and when I hit 'OK' it sends me back to the first box.  How do I get the state to come up?
