An error occurs during the Georgia State Review at the "Income and Retirement Worksheets" form. On this form under "Income" line 7D says, "Other Subtraction #7 withdrawals with GA/Fed tax difference" the State Review ends and asks one to enter a number.
Shouldn't TurboTax fill in this information automatically by asking the needed question or getting this information from already asked questions?
I do not know what is being asked by line 7D so I do not know what to manually enter.
Thanks for the help.

That means -
IRA, Keough and SEP plan withdrawals where tax has been paid for differences between Georgia and federal law in years 1981 through1986
Go back through the Georgia state program, select Income. On the following screen, scroll down to Miscellaneous and on Other Subtractions from Georgia Income, click on Start or Update. Delete any entries in that section.
I did as you suggested, nothing was previously entered in the Other Subtractions section.
I then clicked on the "Learn More" of "Other Subtractions" and learned that this section had to do with Hurricane Helene and federal crop insurance which had nothing to do with me. I entered 0 on the form at 7D, reran the State Review and passes with no errors.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction so I could pass State Review with no errors now.
