For my New York State non resident return, how do I split W-2 wages between form IT-203-B and form IT-203-F?

The 203-B allows you to allocate income you earned un New York and income earned outside New York. The 203-F allows the same allocation for any income that covers a period other than the current year- for example stock options or bonuses.
