For filing MA state tqx return, should I include w2 copies of both NJ and MA if my internship income was in NJ and rest of the year income was in MA?

You only need to send to MA the copies of W2s that had MA tax withheld. If the W2s from NJ do not have MA tax withheld, you do not need to send them in with your return.
