No, this doesn't apply.  Or at least, it shouldn't apply.  All that is taxed in PA is the rental property.  Since you live in NJ (a state that has a reciprocal agreement with PA), your wages would not be taxed in PA regardless.  The rental income is taxed in PA, and that is not reported through the W-2.  So there are no "Special" situations regarding your W-2 for the PA return.
