Probably.  Many states, when you are filing either a nonresident or a part-year resident return, require a copy of the Federal Form 1040 as a basis of comparison for the income being claimed over all of the year.  If you are mailing in your Delaware return, include all copies of what has printed out.  If a copy of the 1040 printed out at the end of the Delaware return, it is required as an attachment for your Delaware filing.  (If e-filed, all documents are automatically sent).
