Do you have income from a federal pension that is based on federal employment occurring before October 1, 1991?
If so, you may subtract that portion of your federal pension income on your Oregon return. A federal pension includes any form of retirement allowance provided by the federal government to retirees or their beneficiaries.

If that doesn't apply to you,
- Revisit the Retirement section and Edit the 1099-R form.
- Verify your entries. When you arrive to the screen asking "Where is your distribution from?" check if you selected "Federal Government..."
