Farm income in Arkansas is causing Mississippi taxes due to increase
shouldn't it be taxes due to Arkansas?

Farm income in Arkansas is causing Mississippi taxes due to increase
I assume you are a resident of Mississippi.
You do the non-resident AR return and then the resident Mississippi return. You will then get a credit for taxes paid to another state on the resident return.
