Error message;1040/1040SR wks charitable contributions has an unacceptable value.

I'm filing a married joint return, standard deduction (determined by Turbotax). State tax error check shows; 1040/1040SR wks charitable contributions has an unacceptable value.

The number in the charitable contribution box is 300. Changed it to 600 according to Turbotax website Why am I getting an error message after entering charitable cash donations when claiming the Standard Deduction?

But Turbotax doesn't make the change and the error message remains. Called support and was told this is a known bug without a fix yet. Anyone knows workaround ?

When you get the error message, enter 600 and do not go back to the error check. You can preview your tax return before you file and confirm that you have $600 on Form 1040 line 12b.
