Puede y debe.  La ley exige que uno declare todo lo que ganó en el año.  Como es trababjo por su cuenta, debe utilizar el programa TurboTax Self-Employed para rellenar su declaración, y la cantidad que ganó en efectivo pondrá en la categoría "Cash".  Pero, sí debe declarar la cantidad.
