electronic filing state after federal has already been efiled

I have efiled federal for 2020 and chose to efile state later. Now i try to efile state and it says i must chose to file Federal efile again.  It does not let me go on to efile my state return?  How can i now efile state when Federal was already efiled?

This is a known problem.  There is a software update scheduled for 03/19 to correct this problem.

@susannawtang You should be able to e-file if your state allows it. Please read the rules here.

I'm having the same problem for TT Online version.

I submitted the Federal Return and it has already been accepted. Now, I'm trying to submit my California state return and it is saying that I already submitted a duplicate return with my SSN and it won't let me efile my CA state return.

I've called live support and they provided no help. I'm running out of days to file and I don't know what I can do here.
