FOR ILLINOIS, YOU CANNOT E-FILE IF YOUR W-2 HAS A WITHHOLDING RATE HIGHER THAN 20%.  THIS WAS NOT KNOWN UNTIL AFTER I PAID $25.  I HAD TO SNAIL-MAIL THE RETURN.  I WOULD HOPE THAT THE E-FILING FEE WOULD BE REFUNDED.
