DR 1307 Residential Energy Storage Systems Credit Form

It looks like form DR 1307 for the State of Colorado is not available again for the 2025 tax year.  Am I missing something? What are my options if I want to use this software to do my state taxes?

Many users find they can file their Colorado return without the credit in TurboTax and then manually upload Form DR 1307 directly to the Colorado Revenue Online portal after their return is accepted.

Thank you for the replay and yes I understand I can use the State revenue site which accepts the form. I don't understand why the form isn't included in the TurboTax  State software in the first place.
