The state taxes withheld from your pay on your W-2 are not estimated taxes. It is typically self-employed people that need to pay estimated taxes since they do not have an employer or paycheck.
As long as you entered the state taxes on your W-2 when you did your federal taxes, they have been accounted for on your state tax return. The $232 from your W-2 is considered taxes withheld, which is also a credit, just reported on a different line on your tax return.
