Doing my non-resident NC state taxes, I am unable to visit Other Credits. Just takes me back to the credit and taxes page with a gray Revisit box.

First time on the page I selected Start, it tool me back to the same page but Start was replaced with Revisit. Hitting the Revisit button just reloads the same screen and the Revisit box remains.

Try these quick-fixing tricks

If you are using TurboTax Online try these options

• Check ‌your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies)
• Check on your internet connection
• Try using a different web browser

If you are using TurboTax Desktop

• Make sure the software is updated. 
• If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
• Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software.
