Yes.
But, TurboTax (TT) does not automatically prepare a School District return, you must initiate it.
At the screen, in the Ohio program, titled "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"
scroll down to School District taxes.
Or later at the screen "Your 2019 Ohio Taxes are ready for us to check"
-Click Other situations
-Scroll down to School District taxes.
Usually the School District return is e-filed with the state return, but there are exceptions. Read the Ohio "filing instructions" that TurboTax prepares, They will tell you if the SD100 was e-filed or if you have to mail it.
I did the screen and it gave me the amount we owed. However, it said 2018, not 2019 and now I cannot find anything that shows the form was done or filed etc...

My school tax form says form not final? What do I do?
@Bailey0088 Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for reasons a form is not final:
Why does DO NOT FILE, FORM NOT FINAL appear on my printouts?
hi,
Where are the the Ohio 'filing instructions" that TurboTax prepares? Are these only shown once or is there a way to get back to them after a return is already submitted?
Thanks a lot,
R
They're in the list of forms. Click on "Print Center"
You can't access your return to make changes after you submit it. After you submit it, it will ether get accepted or rejected. If it gets rejected, you can go back in and change or add anything you need and then re-submit. If it gets accepted, you have to wait until the IRS processes the return and then you can file an amendment. @ricksellsstuff
Instructions for Filing Original and Amended:
• Individual Income Tax (IT 1040)
• School District Income Tax (SD 100)
How do I do that
While you are doing your OH return, you will see a screen for "a few things before we wrap up your taxes" . You can select your school district taxes there to fill them out.

I forgot to click on school district now I can’t go back and redo it. But thanks anyway!
They say they do and every year I get a letter from the IRS saying I never paid my school tax I would like to know what they are doing with my money....
The IRS is Federal, and has nothing to do with school tax. Are you sure the letter was from them?
@Jf1980 You posted your question to a thread that began with another user who asked about OHIO school taxes. Is that what you are asking about too? School tax in the state of Ohio? The IRS has nothing to do with that. The IRS is only concerned with your federal tax return. So you need to take a much closer look at the letter you received. Is it actually from the state of Ohio? Did you take the time to read the other posts that are in this thread? Did you read the information in those posts? Your school tax is a part of the state return that you prepared. Did you prepare the school tax part when you did your Ohio tax return?
