Does a full time college student who earned $6,834.39 in Massachusetts in total wages get their entire withholding for fed and state back?

The 2016 federal standard deduction for single taxpayers is $6,300, and the Massachusetts standard deduction for single taxpayers is $4,400, so you may not get your entire withholdings back, unless you have other deductions or credits.
