Do we file as full year residents of AZ?

We lived and worked  in AZ from 1-1-2017 till 11-5-2017. We had earned income as well as an ira distribution in AZ.

We then moved to FL, no earned income in FL for 2017.

Paid property tax for AZ home (primary)as well as  FL home (no homestead exemption). As FL has no income tax, do I file as a full year resident in AZ?

You would file as a part-year resident in AZ.  Since FL has no income tax, you don't need to file a return there at all, but that does not change your status from being a part-year resident o AZ.  You can deduct both property taxes on your Federal return.  In your AZ part-year return, you will be asked to allocate income and expenses to AZ.  It sounds like all your income will be allocted to AZ.
