Do I really need to file a return for ND if MN resident with reciprocity and no taxes withheld in ND?
Docs from state of MN say no, but I'm set up with a ND return. In 2014 states were reversed (ND resident working in MN) and I did not file a MN return, just federal and ND.

No, you will not have to file a ND nonresident state income tax return if you live in MN and your only source of ND income is wages (due to the reciprocal agreement between the 2 states, as you mentioned).
Since you will not have a ND state income tax filing, just check that you selected "no" to " Did you make money in any other states?" under the Personal Info section in TurboTax. (see screenshots)
