Do I only need to file one new york state tax return for an S-corp if there are two owners?

Does each owner of an S-corp file NY State Tax or is there only one form for NY State Tax for the s-corp. Will the premier edition let me do two new York state forms?

Each individual owner that receives a Form 1120S K1 or CT-34-SH (Individual New York Shareholder Schedule B information) is required to file this as part of their New York return, either as a resident or nonresident depending on the circumstancs.

The Form 1120S (federal tax return)  and CT-3-S (New York tax return) are also filed for the S-Corporation return.
