I was a student living in Ohio and and made no income while living there, then moved to NJ for my job after graduating. Do I need to file OH taxes if all of my income for the year was after I moved to NJ?

If you earned/received no income while living in Ohio you do not have to file an OH tax return. You say that you moved to NJ after graduation and earned income in NJ, so you will file a NJ tax return.
