If Georgia was your resident state for all of 2023 then you only file a resident Georgia state tax return for tax year 2023.

Everyone is currently preparing returns for tax year 2023.  If you lived in GA for 2023 you file a GA return for 2023.  You were a resident of GA for 2023.    Next year, when you file a 2024 return you will file an AZ return.
